Initial Investment: EDV provided seed funding to Jigsaw.

In 2010, Lithium acquired Scout Labs, an EDV portfolio company that is a leader in social media monitoring and analysis.

Proofpoint provides email security and data loss prevention solutions. In 2010, Proofpoint acquired Everyone.net, which delivers reliable, secure, hosted messaging and collaboration solutions for service providers and businesses.

Initial Investment: EDV co-led Everyone.net's first round of VC funding.  Everyone.net was acquired by Proofpoint in 2009.

RGB Networks enables video service providers to migrate to a three screen environment for the delivery of linear and on-demand video over managed and unmanaged IP networks. In 2010, RGB Networks acquired RipCode, an EDV portfolio company specializing in the development of transcoding solutions for the next generation of Internet video.

Initial Investment: EDV co-led RipCode's first round of venture capital financing.  RipCode was acquired by RGB Networks in 2010.

Tower Cloud is focused on the delivery of reliable and cost efficient mobile backhaul services to wireless carriers nationally.
